- Butterfly Press - Sit on the edge of a chair with 3 to 5 pound weights in each hand. Straighten our back and arms on both sides and raise them up till they reach shoulder level. Hold at this position for a while and then release them back to their starting position. Repeat this thrice for 5 times every alternate day.
- Pectoral Push-Ups: Lie on our chest and lift our body up just likes in a conventional push ups. What is difference is that our forearms and elbows must rest on ground. Hold on this position for 30 seconds. Repeat this for 5 times.
- Dwikonasana, a form of yoga exercise - Stand straight with your feet shoulder apart. Extend your arms behind your back and interlock your fingers. This is the starting position. Bend forward from the hips, and at the same time, raise your arms behind your back as high as possible, without straining. Use your arms to accentuate the stretch to the shoulders and chest. Look forward with your face parallel to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds before returning to the upright position and relaxing your arms. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Another easy to perform breast firming exercise is called hydrotherapy. For better results, It is suggested to be followed with some natural breasts care products. Here are the steps for reference:
- Step I: Simply rinse our beautiful natural breasts with warm water for about half a minute
- Step II: Switch to the coldest water we can stand for about 10 seconds, and
