In fact proper bra fitting and the size of bra plays an important role in shaping up our bustline. For example, if we are wearing low cut dresses then we should choose women bras with a large break in between cups, else we should wear bras which connect both cups as much as possible that are helpful in developing beautiful breasts.
Believe it or not, most women across the world wear the wrong size bra. The most common mistake for proper bra fitting might be too loose, too tight or having a wrong cup size that might damage the shape and look of our bustline. Generally, women bras that do not fit will offer little support while displaces the breast tissues and pushing them under the arms or flattening them around the breasts’ walls. As a woman, we should think of buying a good and well fitted bra as an investment, this not only keep our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts from drooping but will make us look slim and appropriate in proportion too. Do you agree that women bras that bulge or wrong bra fitting will spoil the most expensive clothes that we wear?
Let us look at how to choose women bras with the right bra fitting that not only fit but is comfortable too.
The size of bra. We should make sure that band fits appropriately. If we find the band is very tight and not comfortable, it simply means it is too small. On the other hand signs that the band size is very big include breasts that fall out from the bottom of the bra and the back riding up. A correct and perfect sized band should fit firmly around the back, where majority of the support is. Also, the back and front of the band is to be even and shall parallel to that of floor.
Please note that there is considerable variation in bra size between brands and in how bras are manufactured as well as differences between different styles of bras, so if we are in the US we may find that we need a bigger band size and/or a smaller cup size, for example, a US 34DD or even 36D may be equivalent to a UK 32E. It is just like shoes, we can find a slightly different size between brands.
Know our band size. Use a tape to measure around our body underneath our breasts and take a measurement in inches. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug and do make sure that our arms are down. Do round up the result to the nearest even number for our band size. For example, if we measured 31 inches, our band size should be 32 and if we measured 34.5 inches, our band size should be 34 and so on. Remember that we should not wear a bra on its tightest fittings but should fit on the loosest settings that will allow us to tighten the bra since women bras will stretch with wear and washing. Whatever it is the correct band size should be the smallest we can comfortably wear and tight enough that the bra is still fairly supportive without weighing down on the straps and should fit on the biggest adjustment. Also, we should be able to run our fingers around the inside of the band, but not much more.
The cup size. The cup has to be large enough so that our beautiful breasts are encased and do not come out. If it is an under wire bra, making sure that the under wires are not poking breast tissues yet encloses our whole breast and is flush against the rib cage, though this may not be exact with some make and style.
What is important is to check both the top of the bra and the sides for bulging and if the cup size is too big, go down a size and vice versa.
Finding personal brasserie size. A bra size is made up of two measurement components, i.e. band size of numeric and cup size with alphabet. For this purpose, we should begin by wearing the best fitting brasseries unpadded.
We should note that cup sizes are relative to the band size, for example, the C in a 36C is not the same size as the C in a 32C. On the other hand a 32D is the same size as a 34C or 36B, but on a smaller frame while a 28F is actually 2 cup sizes smaller than a 38D that is to say that if we are moving to a smaller band size we will need a bigger cup size.
Since there are health, comfort and visual aspect that enhance a woman glamour and sexual appeals hence selecting the proper brasseries for our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts should not be taken lightly.
