As we may not know, women beautiful breasts will go through temporary changes associated with menstruation with the possibility that a lump may form though majority of these growths are not cancerous. With this in mind, we should get it examined immediately if it comes. For women, lumps are most common in the lobules, i.e. small sacs that produce milk or the ducts that carry milk to the nipple, though occasionally they may start in other tissue.
One thing for sure is that breast cancer usually begins with the formation of a small, confined tumor though some tumors are benign, i.e. do not invade other tissue; others can be malignant or cancerous, meaning that it has the potential to metastasize, or spread to other parts of our body through the bloodstream and lymphatic system. Depending on the types of breast cancer, they may grow and spread at different rates. Some may even take years to spread beyond women beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts.
Statistics has shown that women breast cancer is the most common among cancers; in fact breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths ranked after lung cancer. In this respect, men can get breast cancer too but they account for less than one-half of one percent of those cases. Usually, two-thirds of women with breast cancer are over 50 while the rest are usually between the age of 39 and 49. One fact is, African-American women are more likely than Caucasians to get breast cancer before menopause.
However, medical research has shown that breast cancer is treatable if we managed to detect it early. This is especially so for those localized tumors before they start to spread, but once the cancer begins to spread, getting rid of it completely will be difficult, although treatment can often control the disease for years.
To our surprise, the precise causes of breast cancer still remained unclear even though doctors know what the main risk factors are. We believe this is also the reason why some women who we considered are high risk for breast cancer do not get it, while those not high risk belonging category get the disease. Research shows that the most significant risk factors are advancing in age and family history of breast cancer.
Generally, a woman's risk for breast cancer is increased if she starts menstruating before the age of 12, or has her first child after 30, stops menstruating after 55, or has a menstrual cycle shorter or longer than the average. However, current medical research indicates that the hormones in those birth control pills are not likely to play the role to heighten the risk, however, it is advisable to check with the doctors about the pros and cons of birth control pills. Some studies suggest that taking hormone replacement therapy after menopause may increase the risk, more so when taken for more than 5 years. As for radiation therapy, heavy doses may be a risk factor, but low-dose mammograms pose almost no risk.
To be true, doctors nowadays are still not certain on how we can stop breast cancer from happening. Nevertheless, what mentioned below may prove to be helpful to a certain degree.
Regular exercise – This is believed to offer some protection against women's risk of developing breast cancer on their beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts. Studies have found that women who performed regular exercise especially aerobic exercise often were only half as likely to get breast cancer compared to those who are not. In addition, regular aerobic exercise also helps women with breast cancer to better tolerate the side effects of radiation or chemotherapy and to help promote a faster recovery after surgery as well as prevent the cancer from returning.
Nutrition and Diet - Another interesting thing to note is that the link between diet and breast cancer seems debatable, though obesity is a major risk factor in this context, while drinking alcohol regularly such as more than a couple of times a day may promote the disease. Studies have also shown that women whose diets are high in fat are more likely to get the disease. Generally, dietary fats may increase our risk of developing breast cancer while fruits, fish, vegetables, and grains may help to reduce the risk. In fact, we should enliven our menus by sampling the different kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables and basing new dishes on whole grains and legumes. By this, we are bound to get plenty of fiber, along with vitamins and minerals thought to protect against breast cancer, particularly vitamins A, C, D, E, calcium, selenium and iodine are proved to be beneficial. As we may or may not know, doctors may recommend breast cancer patients to take antioxidant supplements to make thing better.
It is believed that consuming monounsaturated oil such as canola, olive oil, avocado and nuts/seed as our primary fat sources have the anticancer properties that will be good for our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts. For example, canola oil is a rich source of omega-3 fats, virgin olive oil a great source of antioxidant polyphenol (that shall include squalene) while nuts and seeds help us with cancer protection by providing mineral called selenium. It is said that consuming whole food soy products on a regular basis such as tofu, tempeh, roasted soy nut and soymilk that are organic and none genetically modified is of great benefit for cancer prevention.
If possible try to minimize consumption of omega-6 fats (as found in sun flowers’, safflowers’, corn’s and cottonseed’s oil) and saturated fat and trans fat. On the other hand maximizing the intake of omega-3 fats, particularly those from oily fish like sardines, lake trout, salmon, tuna, mackerel and herring is said to be good against breast cancer.
Breast self-examination – This involves checking our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts to help detect breast problems or changes early on. The usual practice is to check our breasts once a month, three to five days after our menstrual period ends. This should be done in addition to a thorough medical checkup once a year, and have mammograms every one to two years if we are aged 40 or older. However, we should have mammograms earlier if we have a family history of breast cancer. One important thing to note is that medical experts disagree about the need for regular breast self-examinations as they claimed that regular breast self-examinations led to more doctor visits yet will not help to detect breast cancer earlier if the deemed medical examinations were not performed. In fact, The American Cancer Society considers breast self-examination an option for women. Basically, a breast self-examination involves checking women beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts for lumps or changes by standing and lying in different positions, while looking at our breasts in a mirror to note for any changes in their appearance. This is based on the fact that we should know what our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts normally look and feel like, any new lump or change in appearance should be evaluated immediately by a health care professional though most breast problems or changes are not because of cancer.
Breasts massage – It is believed that massaging our beautiful breasts, big breasts and sexy breasts on a regular basis would help drain toxins from our breasts to the lymphatic system and eventually from our body for better breast cancer prevention.
